Good app and all but they should really get a UI designer on board for a revamp. No reason to hide buttons inside menus, or make them small and difficult to tap or require scrolling, especially nowadays with high resolution large screens on most phones. Bring everything to the surface, lose the animated loading screen that serves no purpose, etc. This is a utility app not an entertainment app.

I have had 4 Widex aids over the years it has been a wonderful company to deal with. 5 stars for Widex. The app is worthless. A bad idea and poorly executed. It doesn't work as the reviews show. Of all the remote devices for my aids, this is the worst conceptually. A remote must be fast--many sounds are transient that you have to be able control the aids quickly. But the phone is asleep etc. etc. There was the promise of AI to help but that doesn't work. That was a profound disappointment.

When it works it's a 3 star. Unfortunately, the app often only finds one aid or the other to control hence 2 stars. When it is working, it's only 3 stars as the graphic equalizer band width is too broad to actually fine tune the quality of sound. The Sound Sense feature, modifys the sound experience but could hardly be considered an improvement. It would be better to just give me a multi band equalizer to customize the sound. Fortunately the hearing aid itself provides good sound.
